On the Issues:

I will continue to fight against the unregulated development of Staten Island that has caused traffic congestion, overcrowded schools and inadequate sewerage.

I will lead the effort to create Operation One-Stop where NYC businesses have one number and one application to process for all required approvals, permits, licenses and inspections.

I will fight not only for a reduction in City personal and business taxes, but for fair and equal treatment for all taxpayers not just friends of those in power.
