A long-time resident of District 46, Abraham and his wife Eileen have lived and raised their three children in this district for the past thirty-eight years. He has received awards from many charities and civic organizations for his leadership in humanitarian efforts.

Abraham Levy’s programs are designed to strengthen our neighborhoods and our schools. It is the way he goes about it that’s special. With emphasis on listening to what people say and having them define their own needs, he works with them to build solutions. An example is his seven-point plan to strengthen public education, developed after consulting with parents, students, and teachers. He asks, he listens, then he acts to set things right.
