Investing New York City's share of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds wisely; Expanding economic opportunities for all communities; Optimizing the returns on pension funds to protect the futures of New York City's workers.

Ensuring accountability in development deals so that promises actualize into real jobs for New Yorkers; Expanding opportunities for Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses; Creating Affordable Housing for New York City residents; Rooting out waste and fiscal mismanagement in City agencies, and delivering full accountability and transparency in the spending of New Yorkers' hard-earned tax dollars.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?

My professional experience and background in financial management, combined with my knowledge of the City's budget and governmental operations, position me as the best qualified for the job.
